What is the maximum number of registrations allowed?

There is a maximum limit on the number of items that can be registered for various data.
If you attempt to Create or duplicate an item when the maximum limit has been reached, the message "Unable to register due to the maximum limit has been reached." will be displayed.

Specifications

Organizations, Locations, and Accounts

  • Locations… up to 300 locations per organization
  • Location Accounts… up to 100 per location
  • Workers… up to 300 per location
  • Organization Admins… up to 100 per organization
  • Location Admins / Operation Admins… up to 100 each per location
  • Locations that can be assigned to one Location Admin / Operation Admin… up to 50 locations
  • IP Addresses that can be allowed under IP Address Restrictions for worker accounts… up to 100 per location

Locations cannot be deleted from the admin panel.
If you have any locations you no longer need, please Contact us with the details of the locations you wish to delete.

Check Sheets and Check Files

  • Check Sheets… up to 1,000 per location
  • Check Files… up to 500 per location
  • Check Items that can be set in one Check Sheet… up to 50
  • Check Sheets that can be added to one Check File… up to 30
  • Labels that can be set on a Check Sheet… up to 10
  • Labels that can be set on a Check File… up to 3

Advanced Settings

Advanced settings items are registered per location.

  • When To Do… up to 25
  • Check Sheet labels… up to 50
  • Check File labels… up to 50
  • Note Categories… up to 10
  • Ancillary Works… up to 10

Reviewers

  • Daily Verification reviewers that can be set for one Check File… up to 10
  • Monthly Verification reviewers that can be set for one Check File… up to 10
