You can now create "Ticket Shared Groups" that bundle a ticket's assignee and notification recipients together, and apply them to Check Sheets.
When a ticket is created using a Check Sheet that has a group configured, the group's assignee and notification recipients will be pre-selected.
This applies whether the ticket is created from the work screen or the admin screen.
Ticket Shared Groups are created under "Shared Groups" in "Location Settings" in the admin screen.
Each group can have one assignee and up to 10 notification recipients, and up to 10 groups can be created per location.
Groups are assigned to Check Sheets from the Check File editing screen.
You can select a group individually per Check Sheet via "Check Sheet Settings," or select multiple Check Sheets and configure them all at once via "Ticket Shared Group Settings."
You can also change the assignee and notification recipients when creating a ticket.
