Work Records that can be returned to Not Started are those where work has begun but has not yet been submitted.
Work Records that have already been submitted cannot be returned to Not Started.
Specifications
- When returned to Not Started, any partially entered records will be deleted.
- For per-occurrence Check Files, the menu item name will be "Delete".
- If a Work Record for a past date is returned to Not Started, and there are cycle items that were required to be performed on that date, the display for that date will show "Exceeded due date".
Days that contain only items set to "Allow to submit with blank" will not show as Exceeded due date.
