Monthly Verification is a feature that allows the monthly verifier to review one month's worth of Work Records for a recurring Check File.
It is complete when all monthly verifiers have confirmed.
Conditions for appearing in Pending for Monthly Verifications
The following items will appear under "Pending for Monthly Verifications" on My Page if all of the conditions below are met.
- You are a monthly verifier for that Check File and have not yet verified it
- The month in question is the previous month or earlier
- There was a Work Record or a scheduled task in that month
Months with no Work Records and no scheduled tasks will not be displayed.
Conditions for bulk completion
Check Files that can be completed using "Complete verification in bulk" must meet all of the following conditions.
- The Work Records for that month contain no Notes and no Tickets
- There are no days with an Exceeded due date in that month
If no items meet the conditions, the message "No items were eligible for bulk verification completion." will be displayed.
For months that have Notes or Tickets, please review the contents one by one and then Confirm Verification.
