When Two-factor Authentication is set up, logging into the admin panel requires entering an Authentication Code delivered by email in addition to your Password.
Two-factor Authentication is an Option feature.

Specifications

  • Only an Organization Admin can enable or disable it.
The setting applies to all administrator accounts in the organization.
  • The Authentication Code is a 6-digit number and is sent to the administrator's Email address.
  • The Expiration Date of the Authentication Code is 10 minutes.
  • If you enter it incorrectly 10 times, that code can no longer be used.
If "Reached the maximum number of attempts. Please resend the authentication code." is displayed, please Resend code.
  • When you resend, any Authentication Code delivered before that point can no longer be used.
  • In organizations that have Two-factor Authentication enabled, changing your own Password will require you to Login again.
