When Two-factor Authentication is set up, logging into the admin screen requires entering an Authentication Code sent via email in addition to your Password.
Two-factor Authentication is an Option feature.

Specifications

  • Only an Organization Admin can enable or disable this setting.
The setting applies to all admin accounts in the organization.
  • The Authentication Code is a 6-digit number and is sent to the admin's Email address.
  • The Expiration Date of the Authentication Code is 10 minutes.
  • If you enter the code incorrectly 10 times, that code will no longer be usable.
If "Reached the maximum number of attempts. Please resend the authentication code." is displayed, please Resend code.
  • When you resend the code, any Authentication Code received before that point will no longer be usable.
