2026/10/19 Check Files with only "Every Time" Check Items can now start that day's Work Record from 0:00

For Check Files where all Check Items are set to "Every time", after midnight, a "+" will appear in that day's row in the Work Record list, allowing you to start that day's work without waiting until 4:00 AM.
The previous day's work can still be continued until 4:00 AM, as before.

The switchover for Exceeded due date and "Today's Work" still occurs at 4:00 AM, as before.
For Check Files that include recurring tasks (weekly, monthly, etc.), that day's work can be started from 4:00 AM, as before.
