2026/10/26 When attempting to submit as a deleted operator, a prompt to reselect the operator is now displayed

When the operator selected on the work screen has been deleted from the admin screen, attempting to submit a Check File will now display the message: "The operator does not exist, so the Check File cannot be submitted."
Tapping "Select Operator" allows you to select a different operator and submit directly from there.

When submission fails for any other reason, the message "Failed to submit Check File." will now be displayed.
