2026/10/26 When attempting to submit with a deleted operator, a prompt to reselect the operator is now displayed

When the operator selected on the work screen has been deleted from the admin screen, attempting to submit a Check File will now display the message: "The operator does not exist, so the Check File cannot be submitted."
Tapping "Select Operator" allows you to reselect an operator and submit directly.

If submission fails for any other reason, "Failed to submit Check File." will now be displayed.
