The operator selected on the work screen has been deleted from the admin screen.
You cannot submit a Check File while the deleted operator is still selected.
How to resolve
- Tap "Select Operator" in the Message that appears.
- Select the person who performed the work from the operator list.
If they are not in the list, you can add an operator from that screen. - Submit the Check File again.
Any information you have entered will not be lost even if you reselect the operator.
When you cannot submit for other reasons
If "Failed to submit Check File." appears, please wait a moment and try submitting again.
