What should I do when the message "Cannot submit Check File because no Operator exists." is displayed?

The operator selected on the work screen has been deleted from the admin screen.
You cannot submit a Check File while a deleted operator is selected.

How to resolve

1. Tap "Select Operator" in the displayed Message.
2. Select the person who performed the work from the operator list.
   If they are not in the list, you can add an operator from that screen.
3. Submit the Check File again.

Any information you have entered will not be lost even if you reselect the operator.

If you are unable to submit for another reason

If "Failed to submit Check File." is displayed, please wait a moment and then submit again.
