This page summarizes what to check when you cannot log into Teachme Check.

If you cannot log into the Admin Panel

Cannot find the invitation email

Administrator accounts are created by invitation from an Organization Admin or Location Admin.
If you cannot find the invitation email, check your spam folder or contact the person who sent the invitation.

Do not know your Password

If you have forgotten your password, please contact your company's administrator.
The Login screen also displays the message: "If you have forgotten your password, please contact your company's administrator."

Authentication Code is not accepted

In organizations that have Two-factor Authentication enabled, you must enter the 6-digit Authentication Code sent to you by email after entering your Password.
The Expiration Date of the Authentication Code is 10 minutes.
If the code has expired, or if you have entered it incorrectly 10 times, please Resend code.
Once the code is resent, any previously received Authentication Codes will no longer be valid.
If you press "Cancel login", any Authentication Codes that have already been sent will also become invalid.

If you cannot log into the Work Screen

"Location Account ID / Password may be wrong or not registered." is displayed

Please verify that your Organization ID, Location Account ID, and Password are correct.
If the Organization ID has been changed, you will need to enter the new Organization ID when logging into the work screen.
You cannot log in with a deleted Location Account.
If you are unsure, please contact your Location Admin.

"Access from this network is not permitted." is displayed

IP Address Restrictions have been set for worker accounts at the location, and you are accessing from a network that is not permitted.
Please connect to an authorized network before attempting to access.
